ALISON BARON

Founder of Cornwall Property Caretakers with a background spanning many years in Law, Alison saw a gap in the marketplace when she herself owned a holiday property in Cornwall.  Trying to maintain and keep the property secure when she was living and working in London was challenging to say the least.

Now based fully in Cornwall, Alison works with clients to understand their requirements and to devise a bespoke service that satisfies those needs.

FRANK DICKENS (aka Captain Frank)

Frank has extensive experience of property management and also has an enviable background as a fully certified Yacht Captain.  Before joining Cornwall Property Caretakers Frank managed a beautiful 13 bedroom waterfront retreat and luxury yacht near Fowey owned by the Royal Brunei Family.

Frank carries out all roles from Yacht Captain, boat and property maintenance and security, landscaping, logistics and Fire Regulations.  There isn't much that Frank doesn't know about boats so he is on hand to maintain your watercraft and keep it seaworthy all year around.
