Cornwall Property Caretakers was established in 2017 by Alison Baron.  Alison is originally from London where she ran a successful legal consultancy.  Alison was also a second home owner with a property in Fowey, Cornwall.

Choosing not to let the property out to tenants, Alison found that it was vacant for many months of the year and over a period of many years she experienced a burglary and also a major flood.  It was at this time when, realising she knew nobody locally to turn to she was forced to travel from London to Cornwall to secure her property and also to source a team of tradespeople to repair the effects of the flooding.

Alison realised the opportunity for a trusted caretaker for second property owners like her, who can be on hand to inspect, secure, maintain and prepare their properties whilst they themselves are absent.

Fast forward to today Alison now lives fully in Cornwall and runs a team of caretakers who provide a bespoke service to absent homeowners.
