To check on the security and safety of your empty property

BAD WEATHER INSPECTIONS

Over recent years Cornwall has been battered by high winds, heavy rain and angry seas leading to damage to property.  We are on hand to check on your property to assess damage and supervise repairs/maintenance.  Through the cold months we can make sure that pipes don't freeze by monitoring the heating system

PREPARING YOUR HOME FOR YOUR ARRIVAL

We offer a full cleaning and housekeeping service in time for your arrival.  We can deep clean your property and change your bed linen and stock your fridge with essential provisions.

WATERCRAFT

All-year-round maintenance of all types of watercraft. Launching of watercraft to the water ready for your arrival.

Fully certified Yacht Captaincy service.

CHAUFFEUR SERVICE TO AND FROM THE AIRPORT

We can meet and greet you at the arrivals section of either Newquay or Exeter Airport.  Be chaffeured in style in a top-of-the-range Range Rover.

REPAIRS/MAINTENTANCE

We have a trusted network of local tradespeople who are on hand to provide repairs and other works on your property that you need.  Many of our owners want property improvements to take place during their absence - we will supervise these works and keep you updated with progress.

ALARM KEYHOLDING

If your property is within a fifteen minute car journey of our base in St Austell we can act as your nominated alarm keyholder.  If your alarm is activated we will attend your property to check on it.

​

GARDENING

We can maintain your garden and ensure that lawns are mown and flower beds are watered.  The latter also applies to houseplants.
